How to Buy
Framed and unframed pictures can only be purchased through PayPal.
Select any picture in one of the Galleries by clicking on its thumbnail at the bottom of the page.
A separate page describes the framing options and this page can be accessed directly using either of the ‘Framing’ buttons.
Click on the ‘Buy Now’ button, and this will take you to the Product Options page. Select from the dropdown menu the size of the picture and framing option you require. Take care to match the picture size and frame size if you require a framed picture. Next, select your shipping location and add to the Cart.
If you would like to purchase another picture please return to the Galleries page and repeat the selection process. After you have finished making your product selections proceed to the Checkout. Complete your contact and shipping details on the form provided. The Purchase button at the bottom of the page will connect you to PayPal, but the transaction will not be completed until you have confirmed your purchase after logging onto your PayPal account.
Please use the contact form, email or telephone if you require a different coloured mount, size of mount, or type/colour of frame or have any other requirements such as bulk purchasing, as a discount, especially in respect of postage costs may be arranged, or if you have any specific requirements related to delivery. For example, collection or local delivery of pictures may be arranged on an individual basis.
Goods will normally be shipped within 7 working days after full payment is received.

It is not always possible to visualise exactly how an image displayed on a computer screen will look once it is hanging on the wall of your home. Therefore, if for any reason you are not completely happy with your picture you can return it either for an exchange for another picture, credit against a future purchase or full refund (less postage costs). In order to take advantage of our 100% satisfaction guarantee you need to:
a) Make sure that the picture is in perfect as new condition without any damage to any part of artwork
b) Notify us by email of your wish to return your picture within one month of receiving it and advise us of whether you would like an exchange, credit or full refund (less postage costs)
c) On receipt of our acknowledgement/authorisation email, carefully repack the artwork and return to us using insured and tracked carriage. Please note that unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender, and the return policy can be applied only one time per item purchased. Also, the customer must bear the return carriage costs.
Every precaution will be taken to ensure that your artwork arrives in perfect condition by using abundant filler and sturdy reinforced packaging. However, if any damage occurs during shipping please let us know and we will send you a replacement at absolutely no extra cost. To take advantage of this guarantee:
a) Please notify us by email of the damage within seven days of receiving the artwork
b) On receipt of our acknowledgement/authorisation email, carefully repack the artwork and return to us using insured and tracked carriage
c) On receipt, we will send you a confirmation email, and normally within 7 working days we will send you a replacement of your artwork completely free of charge, shipping included. Please note that unauthorised returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
